Consistently Coach Laronke will show up patiently guiding, the participants and demonstrating how to properly workout and exercise the body, providing solutions, proven results, and achievable milestones for building strength, resilience, and making healthy lifestyle adjustments.
I chose it because the coach herself was helpful in all ways. She always made sure, you attend with no excuses. She would text you personally and ask how was the program for the week how you find it, if there was anything she did that maybe she could change. Eating right is a good choice and no snacking at all.
The workout was done morning and afternoon, so you choose your best time. I choose an afternoon and after all said and done it really help me made wise choices when it came to my health.
